Enterprises will receive up to 5 billion soms for dual training of technical college students

Enterprises that implement the dual training system in cooperation with technical colleges have the opportunity to receive preferential financing of up to 5 billion soms. This financing will be available for seven years, with a two-year grace period provided.

The loans will be provided by Uznabank and Aloqabank. The interest rate on these loans will be four percentage points higher than the Central Bank's base rate.

There are specific conditions for receiving funds: for every billion soms attracted, the enterprise must enroll at least five technical college students in the two-year program. Additionally, the organization must ensure the employment of at least one graduate for a period exceeding one year.

Investors can also commission the training of highly specialized personnel. For groups formed according to their requests, it is permitted to modify up to 30% of the curricula and programs to meet the specific needs of a particular production facility.

A previous publication concerned the possibility of graduates of the 11th grade with disabilities enrolling in specialized technical colleges located in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Fergana. 660 places have been allocated for these students across 37 different fields.
