According to data from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, the outsourcing firm Leaders Group Team, based in Bukhara, received $1.43 million USD from exporting services to the US market in the first half of 2026. This figure exceeded the company's total export volume for 2025, which amounted to $963,500 USD.
The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan visited the company to assess its activities, export capabilities, and the development of the local workforce. Leaders Group Team specializes in remote business process outsourcing (BPO) services tailored for the US transport and logistics sector. The company manages BPO centers both within Uzbekistan and abroad, hiring young people proficient in English to handle international logistics operations.
Financial Growth and Staff Expansion
During the visit, officials noted the overall growth in the firm's revenue. The value of services provided by the company reached 11.66 billion UZS in 2025, and it grew to 17.07 billion UZS in the first six months of 2026. The company's staff has also increased in parallel with financial growth: after having one employee in 2024, the staff reached 111 people in 2025 and currently numbers 150 employees.
The Minister also studied the company's future development plans, which focus on increasing BPO service capacities, expanding presence in foreign markets, and creating additional jobs. The Ministry emphasized that developing local BPO centers allows the youth of Uzbekistan to gain international corporate experience, improve foreign language skills, and acquire digital skills, while contributing to the growth of the country's IT service exports through intellectual labor without the need for large-scale industrial infrastructure.
