The Raw & Warm Residence was developed as an experimental residential space intended for an art collector. The central concept of the project is to create an environment where the elements of architecture, art, and daily routine can coexist harmoniously, without any conflict of prominence between them.
Instead of disguising or hiding the building's original structure, the project chose to maintain the exposed concrete slab, preserving its irregular texture. This choice allows the raw nature of the building to serve as the starting point for the entire construction of the site's spatial narrative.
