A Casa Limiar / Madras Spaces, a rural residence with 93 m² (1000 sq.ft), was developed by the Madras Spaces architectural team. This project is located in V. Thuraiyur, near Tiruchirappalli, in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The concept of the house aims to be a discreet return to the lost local landscape. Located in an area surrounded by agricultural fields and away from city noise, the architecture responds to specific site constraints, such as a narrow plot and limited resources.
Furthermore, the project's needs program was shaped more by the memories and sense of belonging of the residents than by strictly defined functions.
