Tashkent region will expand bus service to popular tourist attractions

The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan has announced the expansion of transport services in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. Additional routes will operate on weekends and public holidays for local residents and tourists heading to the region's mountain areas.

These additional services are designed to make trips to popular tourist spots in the district more convenient. Routes No. 324M and 325M, which run from Chinorkent railway station to Beldersay via the Amirsoy and Chimgan tourist zones, are usually served by 20 minibuses.

In standard mode, services operate from 6 AM to 6:30 PM with an interval of 15 minutes, making 86 daily trips. However, on holidays and extra weekend hours, the start time will be shifted to 5:30 AM, and the interval between trips will be reduced to 10 minutes.

On route No. 324M, minibuses will operate until 10:06 PM, and on route No. 325M—until 10:00 PM. The number of vehicles will increase to 15 and 16, respectively, leading to a total of 158 daily trips.

Additionally, supplementary transport will be organized along bus route No. 1226, which connects the Mashanasozlar metro station in Tashkent with the village of Khumsan in the Charvak district of the Bostanlyk district. This route is usually served by three buses, but on weekends and holidays, one additional reserve bus will be deployed if necessary.

The increase in transport connectivity aims to improve access to the popular mountain and tourist areas of the Bostanlyk district and ensure more comfortable travel for passengers during periods of high demand.
