Formula 1 has officially confirmed that the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will take place in December according to the original schedule. The race will conclude the 2026 season at the Yas Marina Circuit.
Formula One President and CEO Stefano Domenicali confirmed that the calendar remains unchanged and stated that preparations for the event, scheduled for December 3–6, are proceeding as planned.
Domenicali stated: 'The calendar is confirmed. Tickets are still on sale in Abu Dhabi... and we are focused on delivering the calendar we promised at the beginning of the year.' He also added that 'everything is going very, very well.'
This confirmation allows fans to continue planning travel and accommodation to attend the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which will once again serve as the final round of the season.
