Uzbekistan has developed and approved procedures concerning management training and the issuance of corresponding certificates to directors and deputy directors of professional education institutions.
The relevant resolution was approved by Decree No. 451 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 20, 2026. According to this document, heads and deputy directors working in technical colleges will be able to obtain management certificates upon meeting the established requirements.
To participate in management courses, heads of educational institutions are required to register through a special portal and submit an application for training. Upon successful completion of the management course, participants will receive a state standard certificate in electronic form. This document will be certified with an electronic digital signature and will contain a QR code.
A separate procedure is provided for directors and deputy directors who hold an academic degree or title. In such cases, the certificate will be issued directly based on an application and will be valid for three years.
Participants who successfully pass the final assessment will receive their certificates within a week of the results being announced. The document will be issued based on an order from the head of the educational institution.
