Approximately 160 special bins have been installed along the highways in the Samarkand region. These bins are located on roads M-39 and M-37.
Specifically, about 100 special containers were installed on both sides along the M-39 road passing through the Samarkand district. Additionally, over 60 bins were placed along the M-37 highway in the Narpai district.
These containers are made of large plastic receptacles and have a bright appearance that attracts the attention of passengers. According to Sherali Iskandarov, a representative of the Department of Ecology and Climate Change of the Samarkand region, the bins are installed at intervals of 500 meters to one kilometer on both sides of the road.
It is planned that similar bins will be installed along other roads passing through the territory of the Samarkand region in the future.
