Achime Bagel Store, a local bakery located in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, was the subject of a project developed by the JOJOWORKSHOP studio. The concept for the project originated from the desire to establish a modest space capable of delicately accompanying the start of each day.
The bakery practices preparing and selling its bagels on the same day. The JOJOWORKSHOP studio dedicated itself to translating this philosophy of simplicity and dedication into the interior design project of the establishment.
