The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of ABH Healthcare, a multi-specialty healthcare provider, will open on Monday. This offering amounts to 34.98 crore rupees and will be available for subscription until August 27, with a tentative listing date of September 1.
According to the filing, the company plans to list its shares on the NSE SME Emerge platform. The public offering represents a completely new issuance of up to 34.29 lakh equity shares with a price band set at 96–102 rupees per share.
ABH Healthcare intends to use 17 crore rupees from net proceeds for partial or full debt repayment, 5 crore rupees to cover working capital needs, and the remaining amount will be directed towards inorganic growth through unspecified acquisitions and general corporate objectives.

The company, founded in 2021, provides medical services under the brand 'Anil Baghi Hospital'. It operates a multi-specialty hospital with 150 beds, offering services in 25 medical specialties. The hospital has contractual relationships with 30 private and government insurance providers and third-party administrators.
The company's financial performance has improved over the last three years. Consolidated revenue increased from 41.38 crore rupees in fiscal year 24 to 52.51 crore rupees in fiscal year 26. Profit after tax more than tripled, reaching 5.64 crore rupees compared to 1.66 crore rupees in the same period.
