Samsung raises smartphone prices; Galaxy A series models' costs change

Prices for Samsung smartphones have increased, resulting in the cost of some devices from the Galaxy A series rising to 4800 rupees. These changes affect models from the Samsung Galaxy A lineup.

The price of the Samsung Galaxy A57 has been adjusted. The 8/256GB variant, previously priced at 56,999 rupees, is now sold for 59,999 rupees. Additionally, the 12/256GB variant of this same device has increased from the previous 62,499 rupees to 67,499 rupees.

Pricing for the Samsung Galaxy A37 has also been increased. All three configurations of this model have seen a price hike. Specifically, the 8/128GB variant has risen from 41,999 rupees to 43,999 rupees. The 8/256GB variant has increased from 47,499 rupees to 50,499 rupees, and the top-tier 12/256GB version has gone up from 52,999 rupees to 57,999 rupees.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 was released in April of this year. It features a 6.7-inch AMOLED+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus is used to protect the screen. The Exynos 1680 (4 nm) chipset is installed.

The camera system of the Samsung Galaxy A57 includes a triple rear configuration. The main camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels, supplemented by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel macro lens. A 12-megapixel front camera is also provided.

The Samsung Galaxy A37 is equipped with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Screen protection is provided by Corning Gorilla Victus Plus. The device uses the Exynos 1480 (4 nm) chipset. The rear camera of the Samsung Galaxy A37 is a triple system consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, as well as 8-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras.
