The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) plans to hold the second round of an online auction as part of the Community Service Program (CSP) housing scheme in Dwarka. The Authority will put 39 apartments up for sale for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in Sector 19B of Dwarka.
All units are located in Block M of the DDA Golf View Condo complex. According to the DDA circular dated August 19, 2026, the online auction will take place on August 24 and 25, 2026. Each apartment has a base area of 50.043 square meters, and the estimated price is set at ₹31,28,612.
DDA Auction Schedule
The auction will be divided into three sessions. Eight apartments will be sold in the first session on August 24, and 14 apartments will be sold in the second session on the same day. The remaining 17 apartments will be auctioned on August 25.
DDA Apartment Location
All 39 units participating in the auction are EWS apartments located in Dwarka Sector 19B, Pocket-NA (Golf View), Block M. These apartments are on various floors, including the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th floors. DDA has specified the base area of each apartment as 50.043 square meters.
DDA Apartment Cost
According to the August 19 circular, the estimated price for each apartment is ₹31,28,612, equivalent to approximately ₹31.29 lakh. It is important to note that this is only a preliminary estimate, and the final price will be determined during the bidding process. Since the sale is conducted via online auction, the successful buyer will be chosen based on competitive bids.
Who Can Participate in the Auction?
The Community Service Program (CSP) housing scheme in Dwarka (online auction, second phase) was launched by DDA on June 25, 2026. This program is intended for apartment owners in Golf View Condos. The current auction includes the remaining EWS and CSP apartments under this program.
How Does the DDA Online Auction Work?
The initial bidding period for each unit will be one hour. If a higher bid is placed within the last five minutes, the auction will automatically be extended by another five minutes. This extension can be repeated a maximum of 20 times. Thus, one auction can last up to 2 hours and 40 minutes depending on bidding activity. According to DDA, if all extensions are applied, the morning session could last until 13:40, and the afternoon session until 17:40.
