You will also need 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped green coriander, ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon of ajwain, 2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds, a pinch of hing, salt to taste, oil, and water as needed.
