In recent years, the attitude towards the legacy of great ancestors in the country has undergone fundamental changes. The lives and works of our scholars, which were previously discussed mainly within the framework of historical memory, have today become the central theme of large-scale scientific research, international cooperation programs, academic publications, modern museums, and educational projects.
This process is not limited to glorifying the past of the people. It is an important direction of state policy aimed at enhancing national thinking and raising the younger generation as independent thinkers, educated, and spiritually developed individuals.
During the period of independence, numerous efforts were made in the country to develop the education system and implement international experience. In particular, thanks to fundamental changes and organic reforms in higher education, many new higher education institutions have been established in recent years.
Admission quotas were increased threefold. The level of coverage of graduates with higher education increased from 8.8 percent in 2016 to 47.7 percent in the 2024-2025 academic year.
A comprehensive medical check-up and specialist consultations were organized simultaneously for residents in the city of Yangier. As part of the event held at Polyclinic No. 37, hundreds of citizens underwent examinations by qualified specialists, utilized modern diagnostic services, and had the opportunity to directly consult with industry leaders.
