B Nesta, located in an urban area in west Denpasar, on the island of Bali, is a residential development designed by UOS Architecture Studio. This complex comprises a total of twenty apartment units and five twin houses, each equipped with a private pool.
In addition to the individual housing units, the project includes several common areas intended for the residents' coexistence and leisure. Among these shared facilities are a communal kitchen, a meeting room, a multi-functional rooftop, and a public pool that measures 25 meters in length.
The conception of B Nesta transcends the mere offering of housing; it was planned to be a residential space that actively promotes relaxation, encourages social interaction among residents, and strengthens the sense of community.
