Jharkhand students protest after High Court suspends decision to cancel exams

Leaders of student movements protesting alleged irregularities in Jharkhand exams criticized the government led by Hemant Soren on Thursday. The criticism followed the High Court blocking the government's decision to annul the positions of employees appointed based on the results of the JPSC 11th and 13th batches.

One of the leaders stated that if necessary, he could gather hundreds of thousands of Jharkhand students in Ranchi the next day. He noted that the government was given two months to thoroughly review the issue but questioned confidence in the investigation because the government failed to properly present the case in court, and the lawyer did not appear.

He added that the students of Jharkhand are being deceived again and again.
