The High Court of Haryana vetoed the state government's resolution that provided for the cancellation of the Jharkhand State Public Service (JPSC) examinations.
The court made an important decision regarding cases concerning the JPSC exams from the 11th to the 13th and the food safety officer exam. It immediately suspended the order issued by the state government regarding these two exams.
The court ordered the state government to submit its response along with a counter-affidavit within 15 days. Thanks to this decision, the path to immediate reinstatement for applicants in both examination cases has become clear.
During the hearing, the court imposed a moratorium on the state government's order under which actions related to these exams were being taken. Now the government must present its position and relevant documents to the court.
