Unicommerce has announced the expansion of its partnership with the Urban Company division in West Asia, which now covers the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia. The Urban Company division will utilize the flagship Unicommerce platform, Uniware, to manage order fulfillment and inventory operations, supporting its home services ecosystem.
Unicommerce, an AI-powered e-commerce SaaS platform, stated in documentation that the platform will help ensure real-time inventory visibility and intelligently route orders for service kits and consumables. This guarantees reliable delivery to service professionals across the region.
Unicommerce provides businesses with localized features, including Arabic-compatible shipping invoices and labels, compliance with regional tax regulations, as well as integrations with ecosystem players in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
This West Asia partnership continues the existing relationship between Unicommerce and Urban Company in India. Through this expanded collaboration, Urban Company will be able to 'create a more connected operational framework as it scales in the region's fastest-growing digital markets.'
The company emphasized that every Urban Company service—whether beauty and wellness, home cleaning, or appliance repair—depends on a smoothly coordinated supply chain of products, tools, and consumables. Uniware will serve as the central platform to support this chain, improving inventory accuracy, accelerating restocking, and coordinating order fulfillment across different locations.
This cooperation also marks another stage in Unicommerce's growing presence in West Asia, where the company has built 'a robust commercial ecosystem through integrations with leading regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems, and payment platforms.'
Commenting on the partnership, Unicommerce Managing Director and CEO Kapil Mahidja stated that the company's primary goal is to help businesses automate complex backend operations so they can focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
