Donald Trump warns other countries about the consequences of aiding Iran

US President Donald Trump issued a direct threat to countries that support Iran. He stated that any states providing financial aid or goods to Iran will face serious consequences.

The United States is preparing to launch the largest economic campaign in history, aimed at blocking Iran's international channels. In his message on Truth Social, Trump emphasized that countries assisting Iran will not be able to avoid these measures.

He specified that if financial institutions, companies, airports, or government agencies of any country open pathways for assistance to Iran, they could suffer significant economic losses.

However, Trump did not name specific countries nor detail what actions America would take against countries, companies, or financial institutions providing support.

Trump also mentioned specific methods of supporting Iran, including oil smuggling, financial transactions, cash transfers, operation of exchange offices, ship registration, and conducting business through various companies.

He demanded an immediate halt to all such economic aid directed to Iran. His message was unequivocal: America will monitor any country or organization that supports economic ties with Iran.

Trump noted that his administration had repeatedly given Iran the opportunity to reach an agreement, but Tehran rejected this offer. Because of this, the US intends to intensify economic pressure on Iran, calling this campaign an unprecedented economic struggle and isolation.

He called on US allies to support efforts to isolate Iran from the international economic system. Furthermore, Trump asserted that Iran's economy is already under strong pressure, and new steps will undermine its foundations, making it extremely difficult for Iran to conduct business globally.

Concluding his statement, he reiterated that Iran must under no circumstances acquire nuclear weapons. Trump's warning is not limited only to Iran; it extends to the companies, countries, and organizations that maintain economic relations with Iran. Although it is not yet clear which specific countries or institutions will be subjected to American action, Trump made it clear about the intention to increase economic pressure.
