The French football club Strasbourg is examining the option of acquiring 22-year-old Uzbekistan national team midfielder Abbosbek Faizullaev. Currently, the player plays for the Turkish club Istanbul Başakşehir.
This interest in the transfer was reported by the French resource Les Transferts. According to the source, Strasbourg intends to strengthen its attacking line before the end of the summer transfer window and is interested in promptly starting discussions about the Uzbek footballer's move.
It should be noted that Faizullaev has a long-term contract with Başakşehir, which is valid until June 2030. This season, the Uzbek player has already participated in three matches for the Turkish side, contributing with one assist.
