The Russian national digital platform Max has expanded its capabilities by including support for the Uzbek language. Additionally, users in Uzbekistan can now register on the platform using phone numbers with the country code +998.

In addition to Uzbek, the Max interface is available in Russian, English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. The platform was officially launched in March 2025.

Max combines messaging and voice call functions, and also provides access to digital payments, electronic government services, and digital identity verification.

Registration on Max is open to citizens of 40 countries, including members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
