The existing residence, located at the address Caraçá / 23 South, had a ground floor structure that was not suitable to meet the needs of the new residents. To solve this issue, it became necessary to add another floor to the building.
However, the design team sought to maintain the original proportions of the construction during the adaptation and expansion process.
