This was announced in an official notification from the U.S. Department of State today. The sanctions list includes several structures and units of the Russian Armed Forces, as well as the Russian Ministry of Defense. Additionally, it features individuals who are Russian citizens.
The notification states that U.S. government bodies and institutions are prohibited from purchasing any goods, technologies, or services from persons and organizations included in the sanctions list, nor from entering into contracts with them.
