A delegation consisting of representatives from knowledge-based Iranian companies will travel to Russia to participate in the International Trade Fair for the automotive manufacturing, after-sales service, and servicing industry, known as MIMS Automobility.
According to IRNA, this event is one of the largest and most prestigious specialized exhibitions in Russia and the Eurasian region. It showcases auto parts and spare parts, equipment for vehicle repair and maintenance, as well as after-sales service.
The thirtieth edition of MIMS Automobility is scheduled for August 25 to 28 and will take place at the Expoforum Exhibition and Conference Center in St. Petersburg.
This exhibition is recognized as an important event for the automotive and auto parts industry in the country, providing companies, manufacturers, and distributors of auto parts and participants from the Russian and adjacent regions' automotive industry with the opportunity to present their products, establish business contacts, and demonstrate innovations.
In the components and spare parts sector, the main themes of the exposition include powertrain equipment (engine, gearbox, and exhaust system); vehicle chassis (axle, steering wheel, brakes, wheel, shock absorber); body elements (metal parts, roof system, glass, frame, and bumpers); standardized parts (seatbelt components, bolts and safety elements, seals, airbags, rollers); cabin components (seats, upholstery, heating, air conditioning, internal filters, electrical parts); as well as primary and alternative transmission components (hybrid, electric engine, natural gas, liquefied gas) and charging equipment (input, cable, connector).
The electronics and systems sector features key areas such as onboard electronics (battery, control units, automated driving control system, bus systems); vehicle lighting systems (upper lights, daytime running lights, headlights); electrical systems (cables, wires, and sensors); driver assistance and vehicle safety systems (airbag housing, camera, odometry systems); as well as electronic comfort and convenience components (automatic air conditioner, headrest, electric seat adjustment system, contactless access system, control system).
