The main difference between the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the Z Flip 8 lies in the processor: the 2025 model uses the 3-nanometer Exynos 2500, while the latest one incorporates the 2 nm Exynos 2600. Both devices share 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
Identical components include the 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X flexible inner screen, which operates at 120 Hz and has a high brightness of 2,600 nits, ensuring vibrant colors and excellent visibility in direct sunlight. The 4.1-inch Super AMOLED outer screen also runs at 120 Hz and supports the Always-On function.
The photographic capabilities remain the same: there is a 50 MP wide camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12 MP ultrawide for wide shots, and a 10 MP front lens. All camera modules record in 4K at 60 frames per second.
The Z Flip 7 chassis, built from Armor aluminum, is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the outer screen. Furthermore, the IP48 certification provides resistance against moderate dust and accidental submersion.
The 4,300 mAh battery supports 25 W fast charging via USB-C cable and 15 W wireless charging. According to Samsung, this battery can last up to 31 hours of video playback. It is worth noting that the 256 GB Galaxy Z Flip 7 also costs R$ 5,839 in up to 12 interest-free installments, runs Android 16 and will receive updates up to Android 23, in addition to having 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC connectivity.
