Those planning to invest in the IPO can expect several opportunities this week, including offerings from jewelry companies and film production companies. Sunshine Pictures, which has created films such as 'Commando', 'Holiday', and 'Force', has announced its IPO, which will begin on Tuesday.
As part of this offering, the company plans to sell over 78 thousand shares. The total size of the IPO is 282 million rupees. Among the offered shares are more than 48 thousand new shares valued at approximately 173 million rupees, as well as about 30 thousand shares through the OFS procedure amounting to 109 million rupees.
Sunshine Pictures Limited will issue shares with a face value of 10 rupees. The company disclosed the price range for its IPO, setting it between 342–360 rupees per share. The sale of shares will be conducted through both primary capital and the OFS process.
The Sunshine Pictures IPO will commence for retail investors next Tuesday, August 18, and conclude with a three-day application period on August 20. Share allotment is scheduled for August 21, and the fund return and share crediting process will take place on August 24. The company has set the stock listing date for August 25 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The company has determined the lot size for the Sunshine IPO to be 41 shares. When calculated at the upper limit of the price range, the minimum investment amount to apply for one lot will be 14,760 rupees. Retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots, requiring an investment of 1,91,880 rupees.
