Goods under the brand «Made in Namangan» have begun to be supplied directly to the Belarusian market. In the future, dried fruits, carbonated drinks, and canned goods will also be offered through trade houses.
Currently, these points of sale feature clothing for children, women, and men, as well as home textiles and tea sets. The assortment will be expanded soon by adding dried fruits, carbonated drinks, preserves, and jams.
According to Khakimjon Faizullaev, co-owner of the trade house in Minsk, the company manages the entire production cycle, from cotton cultivation to finished products made from raw materials.
However, this is not the first Uzbek trading platform in Minsk; on July 8, the National Trade House of Uzbekistan was opened, organized by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, featuring electrical engineering, home textiles, and other export goods. The new «Made in Namangan» point specializes specifically in the products of Namangan entrepreneurs.
Namangan's activities in Belarus are also strengthening cooperation with the Grodno region. On August 14, the two regions signed a memorandum on trade, economic, industrial, and agricultural cooperation. The parties discussed opportunities for creating joint ventures and accessing third-country markets.
A new modern entertainment complex was created for the residents and guests of the city of Nurafshon in connection with the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This complex is located in the artificial lake area of 'New Uzbekistan' park, and a set of modern musical fountains 70 meters long has been opened there.
In recent years, the attitude towards the legacy of great ancestors in the country has undergone fundamental changes. The lives and works of our scholars, which were previously discussed mainly within the framework of historical memory, have today become the central theme of large-scale scientific research, international cooperation programs, academic publications, modern museums, and educational projects.
This process is not limited to glorifying the past of the people. It is an important direction of state policy aimed at enhancing national thinking and raising the younger generation as independent thinkers, educated, and spiritually developed individuals.
During the period of independence, numerous efforts were made in the country to develop the education system and implement international experience. In particular, thanks to fundamental changes and organic reforms in higher education, many new higher education institutions have been established in recent years.
Admission quotas were increased threefold. The level of coverage of graduates with higher education increased from 8.8 percent in 2016 to 47.7 percent in the 2024-2025 academic year.
