Fakhhulla Nigmanov has been appointed head of the information and analytical group and advisor to the mayor of the capital, Tashkent.
Nigmanov was born in Tashkent in 1984. In 2012, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, receiving a diploma as an engineer in geodetic calculations and other fields.
Before taking this position, he served as the deputy chairman of the Territorial Election Commission of Tashkent city. Throughout his career, Nigmanov worked in various responsible positions within the Yukunabad District Hokimiyat.
Later, he acted as the first deputy mayor of the Bektemir District and also held the position of temporary district mayor.
