As part of its preparation, Iran will hold a friendly match against a team from Tehran on Saturday.
The match schedule has been announced for the Iranian women's national football team as they begin their campaign in the AFC U17 Women's Football Cup 2026 qualifiers. All matches in Group C have now been confirmed.
Iran has been placed in the same group as Taipei, Laos, and Cambodia. All Group C matches will be held in Laos.
The young Iranian players will start the qualifying round against the host nation, Laos, on October 5, followed by a match against Cambodia three days later. They will conclude the group stage with a match against Taipei on October 11.
