This translated to a profit of 100 rupees per share for investors. The company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth 251.88 crore rupees, with the IPO price set at 212 rupees per share.

One day before the IPO opening, on August 6, the company raised 75.55 crore rupees from anchor investors.
In the fiscal year 2026, TechnoCraft Ventures' revenue grew by 23 percent, reaching 347 crore rupees. Net profit increased by 54 percent to 43.32 crore rupees. Compared to the previous year, when revenue was 281 crore rupees and net profit was 28.20 crore rupees, the company had a debt burden of 89.76 crore rupees during the fiscal year 2026. The company plans to use the capital raised from the IPO to reduce capital requirements, repay debt, and cover other corporate needs.
