Practical work continues in Koson to improve gas supply

Independence is considered the right of a people to determine their own future. This right also includes the responsibility of every person towards the fate of their homeland and people.

As part of O'zLiDeP's 'Together with the People' national program, another public reception was held in Yangiyer city. The main goal of this event was to study the problems of the population on-site, find quick solutions to appeals, and engage in open dialogue with citizens.

A total of 56 appeals were received from citizens during the reception. 38 of them were resolved positively at the location. Specific tasks were assigned to responsible organizations and departments regarding the remaining appeals, and their implementation was put under supervision.

Senator Pokiza Ahmadjanova, State Duma Deputy Gavhor Olimova, O'zLiDeP Sirdaryo Region Council apparatus head Shohista Bozorboeva, as well as deputies from regional and city councils, party activists, and local government officials participated in the reception.

The majority of the appeals related to issues such as medicine, education, electricity supply, drinking water, natural gas supply, household waste removal, and social support. Each appeal was examined in detail, and responsibilities were assigned to the individuals responsible for finding a solution.

The public reception also provided an opportunity for the people not only to complain but also to present their suggestions and initiatives. In particular, proposals regarding employment provision, vocational training for youth and women, attracting young specialists to the regions, developing entrepreneurship, and creating new jobs were discussed.

As emphasized at the event, direct communication with the people, studying problems in the field rather than in the office, and approaching each appeal on-site are the main goals of these public receptions. This serves to quickly resolve issues troubling citizens and strengthen open communication between state bodies and the population.

At the end of the event, special attention was paid to ensuring the implementation of appeals, finding timely solutions to social issues worrying the population, and eliminating pressing problems in the regions.

The Ministry of Energy is holding open dialogues in various regions to study the problems of entrepreneurs, listen to their appeals, and take practical measures. These dialogues address issues related to electricity and natural gas supply.

According to data from the Ministry's information service, the Energy Minister Sherzod Khujaev and the district head San'atbek Zhumaniyozov participated in the recent meeting held in Yangiyol district. Twenty-seven entrepreneurs took part in this dialogue.

Entrepreneurs appealed regarding issues such as electricity and natural gas supply, interruptions in the networks, matters related to electrical power and gas pressure, obtaining technical requirements for network connection, indebtedness regarding energy resources, and other various problems.

Some of the appeals were reviewed on the spot, and appropriate solutions were determined. Other issues were handed over to responsible parties for supervision, and assignments were given to ensure their implementation.

During the dialogue, it was explained that the Ministry of Energy does not have the authority to cancel or reduce financial sanctions used in cases of illegal use; such matters can be reviewed through the courts. Furthermore, it was emphasized that technical requirements for connecting to electricity and gas networks must be formalized electronically only through State Services Centers or the Unified Interactive State Services Portal, and informal ways of resolving them are not permitted.

Energy Minister Sherzod Khujaev stressed that entrepreneurs have the right to demand their rights within the legal framework. He said, 'If all your documents are correct, you do not need to ask anyone. Demand it from the electricity networks. You have a full right to this.'

As a reminder, these open dialogues by the Ministry of Energy are ongoing. Currently, headquarters are active in collaboration with Yangiyol district in another 14 districts to study and resolve the appeals and problems of entrepreneurs.
