Lenovo India reported an 18% year-over-year revenue increase in the first quarter, which ended on June 30, 2026. This growth is attributed to high demand for integrated artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
However, the company did not disclose the specific revenue amount generated from operations in India. Shailendra Katyal, Vice President and Managing Director of Lenovo India, noted that the strong start to the 2026-27 fiscal year reflects the demand for comprehensive hybrid AI solutions for both personal and enterprise needs, as well as supply chain resilience and customer trust.
Katyal emphasized that consumers are increasingly looking for integrated solutions rather than individual technologies. He added that Lenovo's Hybrid AI strategy gives the company a competitive advantage because it combines devices, infrastructure, software solutions, and services, thereby placing the company at the forefront of the era of AI democratization and inference.
