Black Box, a provider of digital infrastructure services, announced on Thursday that it has secured a major order for a data center project in the United States. The project is valued at $131 million and is expected to be implemented over approximately three years, with further cooperation anticipated.
Black Box did not disclose the name of the top-tier American global hyperscaler that placed the order. The company will provide digital infrastructure services at a key location in the US throughout the specified period.
This contract expands Black Box's client portfolio by adding a new hyperscaler and continues the company's existing relationships with global hyperscalers. CEO Sanjeev Verma noted that the successful completion of this order could serve as a foundation for deepening partnerships with the client.
Black Box offers a wide range of services, including network integration, managed services, and technological products provided in various regions. On Thursday, the company's shares rose by 8.2 percent.
