The stock market is witnessing significant growth in one share, which began after the company announced the issuance of 10 bonus shares per share. The company's board of directors approved the issuance of bonuses, and the registration date for this process will be announced later.

Previously, this company also demonstrated impressive growth, providing substantial profits to its investors. The stock, which cost $1.5 in 1999, has now exceeded the $1000 mark, yielding investors a return of 9000 percent over this period.

This concerns the PH Capital Ltd stock. The board of directors decided to issue bonuses at a ratio of 10:1, meaning existing investors will receive 10 bonus shares for every share they hold. On Wednesday, the stock closed at $1010, showing an increase of approximately 1 percent.

Over the past five years, PH Capital Ltd shares have provided investors with a return of 1600 percent. In one year, the stock grew fourfold, or fivefold. In August 2025, the stock price was $200, but it has now exceeded $1000, increasing fivefold.

In the current year, PH Capital Limited shares have doubled investor funds. Year-to-date (YTD), they have yielded a return of 131 percent. This means that investing one hundred thousand dollars could have increased capital to 2.31 hundred thousand dollars.

In just six months, the price of this stock has risen by 66 percent. In one month, it increased by three percent. On Tuesday, the stock reached the upper price limit, and today it reached a fifty-two-week high of $1050.85. Its fifty-two-week low is $165.05. The company's market capitalization is 300 million rupees.

Startup creation is only one component of the process; India is now focusing on incubators that help develop them. NSRCEL, which is a startup support center at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), has jointly launched the second phase of its Incubating Incubators (iCube) program with SBI Foundation under the Innovators for Bharat initiative.

The goal of this program is to build institutional capacity by assisting incubators in strengthening their capabilities, implementing best practices, and achieving long-term impact in regional innovation ecosystems.

Three incubation partners participated in the second cohort: AIC MAGIC, or Marathwada Accelerator for Growth & Incubation Council, which represents an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce for Industries and Agriculture of Marathwada (CMIA); the IIT Patna Incubation Centre (IC IIT Patna); and The Tripura Institution for Transformation (TIFT).

These three institutions represent diverse innovation ecosystems across India. Through the iCube program, they will join the NSRCEL partner ecosystem, gaining deeper institutional interaction, access to specialized resources, and an expanded network of mentors and experts.

This initiative is based on the idea that incubators should evolve according to the needs of their regions, rather than following a single model. Unlike traditional incubation programs focused directly on entrepreneurs, iCube focuses on the institutions that nurture startups.

The program utilizes structured learning, peer interaction, strategic mentorship, management systems, and operational best practices to help incubators become stronger pillars for regional innovation. The second cohort builds upon the lessons learned during iCube Cohort 1.

These learnings showed that each incubator requires an individualized approach based on its geography, governance structure, industry focus, and local entrepreneurial environment. Therefore, the new cohort will place greater emphasis on institutional self-assessment, strategic development, contextual problem-solving, and peer-to-peer learning.

Participants will gain access to the NSRCEL incubation ecosystem, including a network of over 110 mentors, industry engagement programs, curated learning modules, institutional tools, strategic frameworks, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

The initiative also encourages collaboration among incubators. By sharing experiences and adapting successful models to their regional conditions, participating institutions can work towards creating more resilient and robust founder support systems.

This initiative also aligns with the broader focus on building capacity within India's innovation ecosystem. Government ministries and departments, including NITI Aayog, Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Department of Science and Technology (DST), and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) through the MeitY Startup Hub, have emphasized the importance of capacity building to strengthen innovation.

As part of its human capital development initiatives, AIM focuses on upskilling incubator managers, ecosystem enablers, mentors, and innovation specialists.

For SBI Foundation, the iCube program is part of a wider strategy to strengthen incubation ecosystems through the Innovators for Bharat initiative and the Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (LEAP).

Subadip Mondal, Head of the LEAP team at SBI Foundation, stated that the organization aims to strengthen the foundations that allow entrepreneurship and innovation to grow across India. He particularly highlighted the importance of enabling incubation centers to support entrepreneurs outside major urban centers.

Rasika Prashant, CEO of NSRCEL, noted that the next challenge for India's startup ecosystem is not just increasing the number of incubators, but creating robust ones. She also stressed the importance of building contextualized incubation models based on the conditions of individual regions.

Dr. Kumar Siddhartha Singh, Senior Manager of the BioNEST IIT Patna Incubation Centre, stated that institutions must continuously evolve, and iCube provides opportunities for self-assessment, identifying gaps, and learning from experienced peers.

By strengthening incubators, iCube aims to create a broader positive impact on India's entrepreneurial landscape. Better-equipped institutions will be able to support more founders, foster the growth of stronger startups, generate quality employment, and contribute to the development of dynamic regional innovation ecosystems.

Meta began facing a lawsuit in California this Wednesday (12) that has the potential to generate a billion-dollar settlement for the company. Attorneys general from several American states accuse the company of designing Facebook and Instagram with the objective of keeping children and adolescents constantly connected to its platforms.

This litigation also covers the issue of collecting and using data from minors. The outcome of this dispute could result in both compensation payments and significant changes to social media.

The states of Colorado, Kentucky, California, and New Jersey allege that Meta implemented features designed to retain young users on the platforms and that consumers were misled about the safety of its services. Furthermore, another 29 states claim that the company illegally collected and used information from children, violating American federal law.

Meta itself estimates that the potential damages could reach $1.4 trillion (equivalent to about R$ 7.224 trillion), a figure close to its current market capitalization of $1.5 trillion (approximately R$ 7.740 trillion). Although the attorneys general have not publicly disclosed the amount they intend to request, the dispute goes beyond the financial aspect.

The attorneys general of Colorado, Kentucky, California, and New Jersey demand that Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers mandate modifications to the platforms nationwide. Among the requests are changing the recommendation algorithm to prioritize well-being over engagement, as well as modifying features such as notifications.

The company refutes all accusations. A Meta spokesperson stated that the company is confident that evidence will demonstrate its commitment to protecting young people. According to Reuters, the spokesperson added that Meta has listened to parents, collaborated with experts and police authorities, and conducted detailed research to understand the most relevant concerns.

Additionally, Meta argues that it could not have deceived consumers by claiming its platforms are addictive, given that 'social media dependence' does not constitute a recognized psychiatric condition.

This legal action originated from an investigation launched after former employee Frances Haugen testified before the US Senate in 2021. At that time, she reported that the company was aware of the potential risks to young people and knew methods to make the products safer but chose not to implement such changes.

The trial takes place at a time when Meta is involved in a considerably larger number of lawsuits. More than 3,000 federal actions against Meta, Snap, Alphabet, and ByteDance have been consolidated under Rogers' supervision, and there are more than 3,300 cases in a state court located in Los Angeles.

Recent decisions increased pressure

Last week, a judge in New Mexico ruled that Meta should pay $567 million (about R$ 2.926 billion) and modify its platforms, holding the company responsible for contributing to a child mental health crisis in that state.

The trial in question will feature a unique characteristic: a special jury will be responsible for answering specific questions defined by the judge. Rogers may use these findings to guide her deliberation, which is expected after the conclusion of the trial in October. The final outcome could establish the limits of Meta's financial exposure and define the boundaries for judicial interventions related to the operation of social networks aimed at young audiences.
