The bond issuance will be carried out through a public offering. The annual coupon is set at 7%, the maturity period is three years, and the nominal value of one bond is $100. Coupon payments will be made quarterly.
The start of the placement is scheduled for the fifteenth calendar day after the publication of the notification of state registration of the bond issuance on Openinfo.
Previously, the microfinance organization Agat Credit also announced its plans to issue foreign currency bonds. The volume of their issuance will be $10 million, with an annual coupon of 11.5% and a maturity period of two years.
The shareholders of the microfinance organization Agat Credit approved receiving a loan of 50 billion UZS from the Business Development Bank.
The decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 5, 2026, according to data from the Openinfo corporate disclosure system. According to the approved plan, this loan will be provided for a term of up to 36 months at an annual interest rate of 23%, with the agreement providing a six-month grace period. As collateral, the company undertakes to provide a standard loan portfolio.
Currently, Agat Credit has three bond issues outstanding with a total value of 180 billion UZS. The total volume of all bonds issued by the company has reached 250 billion UZS, with two issues already fully repaid.
Furthermore, the company intends to place corporate bonds in foreign currency amounting to 10 million US dollars with a coupon rate of 11.5%.
