In 68 constituencies, the party garnered fewer votes than the NOTA option. The victory in Bankipur demonstrates a substantial improvement in the party's electoral standing and strengthens Kishor's claims that he is becoming an authoritative political alternative in Bihar ahead of the next Assembly elections.

Furthermore, the election results signify a symbolic defeat for the BJP in one of its most reliable constituencies, and also represent a more serious blow to BJP leader Nitin Nigam. The absence of Tejashwi Yadav and RJD was also noted in this electoral process.
