Thanks to the initiative of the Head of State Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an effective system has been created in the country for direct communication with the population, reviewing citizens' appeals, and resolving issues in various regions.
In particular, the activities of the Presidential Reception Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its representatives have become a true bridge between the state and the people.
To improve and elevate this activity to a higher level, Farrukh Omonov, the head of the Presidential Reception Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited Andijan region to familiarize himself in detail with the ongoing work.
During the visit, he took part in a reception of citizens organized by the Governor of Andijan region, Shukhratbek Abdurakhmonov. He then inspected the work of the Presidential Reception Center at the Andijan city hall, which possesses a comprehensive system for reviewing public appeals, ensuring their execution, and resolving problems.
This Presidential Reception Center is fully transitioned to a digital system, and all necessary conditions have been created for applicants. Furthermore, the practice of submitting online appeals has been introduced for residents' convenience, eliminating queues.
According to the process, when an online appeal is received, the applicant's personal data is entered, and the appeal itself is uploaded as a video or text. This platform automatically directs the appeal to the responsible persons according to its topic and sets deadlines for its fulfillment.
During his visit, Farrukh Omonov also studied the activities of the Situational and Indicative Center established under the Andijan city hall, which is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and ensuring the fulfillment of citizens' appeals. He also familiarized himself with the work of the operational headquarters group aimed at solving these issues.
This center contributes to forming a system that monitors all districts of Andijan in various spheres, maintains order and peace, ensures a safe territory, green economy and green energy, and also monitors and analyzes the environmental situation in the region, helping to implement necessary measures to turn Andijan into a 'Smart City'. Simultaneously, the system for analyzing public appeals by region was studied, which allows identifying which districts have many appeals, what issues citizens are suffering from, and where repeat appeals originate, thereby helping to organize the necessary work to resolve problems.
At the meeting held in Bobur city with the participation of representatives of the Presidential Reception Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the city and district, as well as heads of relevant organizations, issues regarding the further improvement of the appeal handling system were discussed. Topics such as strengthening the responsibility of state bodies and leaders for ensuring the review of every appeal in the established manner and timeframe, its full execution, and achieving public satisfaction were raised.
The meeting particularly emphasized the need for responsibility, promptness, and effectiveness in handling citizens' appeals to become the main task of every leader.
