Another ultra-luxury development is set to appear in Kokapet, one of Hyderabad's most prestigious neighborhoods. Tribeca Developers, in collaboration with Ira Realty, has announced the upcoming launch of the 'Trump Towers Hyderabad' project. The official start is scheduled for October of this year, and Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of 'The Trump Organization,' will participate.
This project will occupy an area of 4 acres on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. It will feature two glass-façade skyscrapers, each approximately 800 feet high from the ground. The two towers will be connected by a 'Sky Bridge' on the 28th floor, which will house an exclusive 'Trump Club.'
The complex offers premium apartments of types 3.5-BHK and 4-BHK. Initial housing prices start from 5 crore rupees and reach up to 18 crore rupees for penthouses.
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, stated that the project, valued at 1,800 crore rupees, is projected to generate revenue of no less than 3,500 crore rupees. The huge demand for elite housing is confirmed by the fact that penthouses were sold even before the start of sales.
According to Kalpesh Mehta, there were initially only eight penthouses available, but one family purchased two full floors, allowing four penthouses to be sold at once. Subsequently, the team added another four penthouses, which were also sold.
Hyderabad has become the sixth city in India after Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida, and Kolkata where Trump-branded projects have launched over the past 12 years. The project has received RERA registration, and the expression of interest (EOI) collection has begun. Buyers who apply at the early stage will receive priority when official sales commence.
On the occasion of the launch, Eric Trump stated: 'India is one of the most exciting real estate markets in the world, and we are very pleased to bring the Trump brand to Hyderabad for the first time. Hyderabad is one of India's fastest-growing cities, and I am fully confident that Trump Towers Hyderabad will become one of the most iconic landmarks here.'
