According to the National Committee on Statistics, 7,749,308 foreign citizens visited tourist destinations in Uzbekistan from January to July 2026. This figure demonstrates an increase of 1.4 million people, which is a 22.6% growth compared to the same period in 2025.
Main directions of tourist flow
The largest number of tourists arrived from Kyrgyzstan—2,177,108 people. This is followed by Kazakhstan with 1,855,562 visitors and Tajikistan, which attracted 1,728,978 tourists.
During these seven months, 710,824 tourists visited Uzbekistan from Russia. A significant flow of guests also arrived from Afghanistan (281,200 people) and China (269,735 people).
Turkmenistan ranked seventh among the donor countries with 192,830 tourists, and 111,908 people came from Turkey. Additionally, India (32,462 tourists) and the Republic of Korea (26,512 tourists) were among the top ten countries for tourist arrivals from January to July.
