ADM, Hyundai Corporation Singapore, and leasing company FINCOM have established a joint venture in Uzbekistan. The goal of this project is to expand access to financing options for vehicle purchases. Initial investments in the enterprise will amount to approximately 40 million US dollars.
Over five years, the partners plan to build an investment and leasing portfolio worth up to 100 million US dollars. This project is expected to contribute to the development of Uzbekistan's automotive industry by providing new opportunities to acquire vehicles through leasing and installment plans.
The partnership agreement was signed during the Tashkent International Investment Forum. The new enterprise combines international financial expertise, modern leasing tools, and ADM's existing automotive infrastructure.
Stanislav Kim, co-founder of FINCOM, noted that each participant brings unique experience and resources to the joint project. Hyundai Corporation Singapore will provide access to global experience, modern corporate governance practices, and international financial instruments. FINCOM will focus on developing leasing products, operational management, and customer service. In turn, ADM will provide access to its extensive customer base, production and distribution capabilities, as well as its dealer network.
In the initial phase, new leasing solutions will be available for Kia vehicles manufactured in Uzbekistan and sold through the ADM dealer network. Subsequently, the partners plan to expand the product range to include other automotive brands within the ADM ecosystem, such as CHERY, HAVAL, TANK, Changan, and Hyundai Truck & Bus.
The joint venture also intends to develop transport leasing and offer financial solutions for acquiring specialized equipment, commercial real estate, and financing for corporate clients.
The creation of the joint venture comes amid growing demand for alternative financing mechanisms for purchasing machinery and vehicles. Leasing allows financial costs to be distributed over a longer period and can serve as an additional tool to support small and medium-sized businesses. Project participants expect that the combination of Hyundai Corporation Singapore's international financial expertise, FINCOM's specialized expertise, and ADM's automotive infrastructure will allow them to offer more flexible and accessible leasing solutions.
In the long term, the expansion of leasing products could increase vehicle accessibility while supporting the development of corporate and commercial fleets, the specialized equipment market, and related sectors of the economy.
The Tax Committee of Uzbekistan has published a list of twenty companies whose receipts were most frequently registered through the Soliq mobile application in June 2026. The data was collected as of July 29, 2026, and the committee presented the figures obtained.
The leading position in the ranking was held by the individual enterprise LLC 'Anglesey Food' (Korzinka chain), which registered 6.75 million receipts. The total cashback amount accumulated by this company amounted to 8.79 billion soms.
The second place was taken by the joint venture LLC 'Xalq Retail', which showed 2.79 million registered receipts and 1.23 billion soms in cashback. Third place was occupied by LLC 'Havas Food', which processed 2.46 million receipts through the application, receiving 1.24 billion soms in cashback.
Among the top ten leaders were LLC 'Madina-Qandolat' with 683,200 receipts and 703.8 million soms in cashback; LLC 'Darvoza Savdo' (Makro) with 491,600 receipts and 307.1 million soms; LLC 'International Foodchain' (KFC) with 378,900 receipts and 413.5 million soms; LLC 'Ung Petro', which showed 375,100 receipts and 904.6 million soms, rising one rank compared to May; LLC 'Mak Food Servis' (Evos) with 365,600 receipts and 280.6 million soms, dropping one position; LLC 'Namangan Istiqlol Bog'i' with 359,500 receipts and 853.7 million soms; and also LLC 'Cheese Day' with 330,000 receipts and 304.2 million soms in cashback.
The second group of companies included LLC 'Best Quality Products' with 313,000 receipts and 236.1 million soms in cashback; LLC 'Grand Pharm Trade' with 288,500 receipts and 292.3 million soms; LLC 'Oqtepa-Food-Service' with 218,600 receipts and 205.7 million soms; LLC 'Seg Tasco' (Saneg) with 214,500 receipts and 377.5 million soms; LLC 'Big-Family-Pharm' with 163,100 receipts and 165.8 million soms; LLC 'Vaksina Healthcare' with 149,500 receipts and 167.5 million soms; LLC '7777 Pharm' with 104,700 receipts and 206.0 million soms; LLC 'Intran Servis' with 80,700 receipts and 233.1 million soms; LLC 'ASR and Co' with 69,500 receipts and 2.14 billion soms; and LLC 'Osiyo Trade Biznes' with 67,800 receipts and 1.70 billion soms in cashback.
The Tax Committee specified that receipts issued for the sale of goods through marketplaces were not included in this ranking.
