For the youth of Madhya Pradesh state preparing for civil service, the coming months will bring numerous opportunities. The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MP ESB) has published the recruitment calendar for 2026, which will allow students to structure their studies and manage their time.

According to this calendar, 12 different examinations will be held from September to December, within which recruitment is planned for over 19 thousand positions. Vacancies will be available in departments such as police, agriculture, engineering, and others.

Additionally, an examination for teacher qualification (TET) is scheduled for September-October.

According to the MP ESB calendar, an exam for recruitment to the position of Agricultural Extension Specialist under Group-2, Subgroup-1, will take place in September, recruiting 2,784 people. In the same month, a joint competitive examination will be held for the positions of Rural Officer, Rural Coordinator, Assistant Supervisor, and similar roles under Group-2, Subgroup-4, with 2,299 seats allocated.

Furthermore, several important tests are planned for October to November 2026. Among them is the exam for recruitment to the positions of Subedar and Scribe Assistant, recruiting 566 people. During this period, there will also be an examination for the recruitment of police constables, through which candidates for 7,500 positions will be selected.

Following this, in November, an exam for the recruitment of police constable drivers will be organized, with 1,000 vacancies provided.

A feature of these recruitments is the opportunity for interested candidates to apply for positions according to their qualifications. From November to December 2026, a departmental recruitment exam for the post of Deputy District Magistrate (Naib Tehsildar) will take place, recruiting 73 people. During the same period, an exam for the recruitment of Rural Affairs Secretary and Village Employment Assistant is also scheduled, with 2,900 seats allocated.

After this, students will have a few more chances in December, when an exam for recruitment under Group-6, Subgroup-1 will be conducted.

According to the revised MP ESB calendar, the total number of vacancies in Madhya Pradesh will be 19,062, with the highest number being 7,500 positions for police constables. However, in addition to this, the TET exam for approximately 150 thousand teachers will take place in September-October 2026. Responsibility for this exam was transferred to MP ESB following a Supreme Court order, and the online application process is expected to start soon.

According to an official document obtained by the Spanish news agency EFE, the Deputy Operations Director (DAO) of the corps, Manuel Llama, stated that operational efforts in Ceuta and Melilla are significantly weakening due to the use of vacations during the summer period and the granting of private permits.

Uzbekistan will continue to provide pension payments to citizens who decide to permanently move to Kyrgyzstan. This measure was enshrined in the agreement on state social insurance and pension provision, signed by the Government of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan in Cholpon-Ata on July 30, according to the Pension Department of Uzbekistan.

Under the new agreement, moving from Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan will no longer be grounds for terminating an Uzbek pension. Alisher Rasulov, head of the Pension Department, noted that a citizen can open a bank account in Kyrgyzstan and provide its details to Uzbekistan, after which the pension will be transferred to that account.

The agreement also provides for pension provision for individuals who have worked in both countries. The parties agreed to apply the proportional principle, whereby each state will determine and pay the pension based on the work experience and earnings obtained on its territory. Thus, if a citizen has employment records in both Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, each state will be responsible for payments for the corresponding period of work.

Additionally, the agreement ensures the mutual recognition of employment records. These new arrangements are also aimed at resolving issues related to the implementation of the 1992 international agreement on guarantees of pension rights for citizens of CIS member states. Specifically, the parties established a bilateral procedure for the mutual recognition of employment records.

The signing of this agreement took place during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Kyrgyzstan. At the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Mirziyoyev was in the country from July 30 to August 1.

During the high-level meetings, the presidents discussed further strengthening relations of friendship, good neighborliness, and strategic partnership. Issues such as increasing bilateral trade, expanding industrial cooperation, developing transport connectivity, as well as cultural and humanitarian interaction were also on the agenda.

For the agreement to enter into force, the completion of relevant internal procedures and ratification of the document by both parties is required. According to Rasulov, Uzbekistan plans to conduct negotiations on similar agreements with other CIS countries and neighboring states, including Turkey, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan.
