The next IPO this week is Milky Mist Dairy Food, a dairy company. It is launching its IPO to raise 1,553 crore rupees, and it will be available from August 11 to August 13. The established price range is between 133–140 rupees, with a lot size of 107 shares, meaning a minimum investment of 14,980 rupees. The company's shares will debut on the stock market on August 18.
Shiprocket, an Indian e-commerce enablement company founded in 2011, is also featured in the list of upcoming IPOs. Shiprocket offers solutions for managing and expanding MSME, D2C brand, and large retailer online and offline businesses. The company plans to raise 1,617 crore rupees through the IPO. The price range is set at 92–97 rupees, and the lot size is 154 shares. The company will offer more than 16 crore shares with a nominal value of 10 rupees, and the listing date is scheduled for August 19.
The last IPO this week is the offering by Behari Lal Engineering Ltd. It will open on August 12 and close on August 14. Behari Lal Engineering Ltd., founded in 1995, is a company that manufactures integrated steel and iron. Its IPO size is 302 crore rupees, and the price range is set between 271–285 rupees. According to the lot size of 52 shares, the minimum investment amount for an investor will be 14,820 rupees.
