The appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and skin sagging is a common occurrence with age. However, an unhealthy lifestyle, stress, sun exposure, and environmental pollution can lead to premature skin aging. Currently, many women face signs of early aging on their faces, and although they often resort to expensive anti-aging creams and serums, the effect is not always obvious. Furthermore, regularly purchasing costly skincare products can be unaffordable for many budgets.
In such cases, people turn to proven homemade recipes using ingredients available in the kitchen. Among these remedies is clove. The recipe for a mask made from cloves, which is rich in antioxidants, is gaining popularity on social media. It is claimed that this product can help refresh the skin from within, reduce dullness, and give it a glow. Nevertheless, it should be remembered that this is not a magic remedy, and its effect will vary for each person.
To begin, take five to seven cloves and lightly roast them. Then, crush them thoroughly and add them to a pot along with water. Add one tablespoon of coffee to this mixture and boil for several minutes. After the water is completely ready, it must be cooled and strained. If desired, this liquid can be stored in a clean bottle for some time.
To the resulting clove-based liquid, add a little besan, multani flour, sandalwood powder, a small amount of sugar, and a few drops of lemon juice to prepare a thick paste. It is important to note that lemon juice may not suit all skin types, so people with sensitive skin are advised to perform a patch test before use.
First, cleanse the face thoroughly. Then, apply the prepared mask to the entire face and leave it on for 10–15 minutes. After this, gently massage and rinse the face with plain water.
It is important to remember that homemade remedies act differently on different skin types. If your skin is very sensitive, you have allergies, or you already have any skin conditions, be sure to perform a sensitivity test or consult a dermatologist. It is also crucial not to rely solely on home remedies to combat wrinkles and aging; concurrently, maintain a balanced diet, drink enough water, use sunscreen, and follow a proper skincare routine.
