The Terraza Rayón 376 project, located in the notable Colônia Americana, involved an intervention carried out by architects Aureliano Alejos and Leonora Castorena on a residence dating from the early 20th century.
This intervention aimed to elevate the spatial quality and habitability of the property, giving it a unique identity that aligns with its previous existence.
Following that initial phase, the contribution of Eduardo Garretti Studio is manifested through a habitable structure. This addition expands the possibilities for staying in the house's garden-terrace.
Maintaining the coherence established by the original design, this new proposal preserves the same morphological language of the construction components. Thus, it complements the existing aesthetic, respecting it without seeking to modify it.
