The final of the CAVA 2026 Beach Volleyball Championship will take place in the capital today
Today, July 27, the final matches and third-place games of the 'CAVA Beach Volleyball Championship 2026' tournament for men's and women's teams will be held at the 'Olimpiya shaharchasi' sports complex in the capital.
Women's Tournament
In the final match among women's teams, the teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan will meet. In the third-place game, the volleyball players from Uzbekistan-2 and Uzbekistan-3 will compete.
Men's Tournament
The final among men's teams will be between the teams of Iran and Kazakhstan. The match for third place will feature the teams of Kazakhstan-2 and Iran-2.
Educational Events
As part of this championship, a two-day international training seminar for referees was organized jointly with the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) and the Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation. The seminar, which covered both practical and theoretical sessions, allowed referees to analyze international beach volleyball rules, refereeing practices, and review disputed situations that may arise during a game, along with methods for resolving them according to international standards.
