The Indian industry has split into two camps following the protests organized by the CJP party and students at Janta Mantar Square. While some celebrities supported the CJP and students, Kangana Ranaut called some CJP protesters 'filthy from the sewers.'
Now, Mukesh Khanna has publicly voiced his opinion regarding the 'Generation Z' protests. He sharply criticized the vulgar language used by both the CJP and the participating students.
Mukesh Khanna shared a video on his Instagram account. He stated that although he is currently outside India, he closely monitors what is happening in the country through social media. Speaking on the protests, Khanna noted that by observing through Reels, Instagram, and YouTube, he is keeping his finger on the pulse of events in India.
He mentioned that two days ago he published a video expressing concern: if this is our young generation, our Generation Z, then in 25 years the country will rest on their shoulders. This, according to him, reflects the current state of the country.
Mukesh Khanna stated that based on his observations and conversations with people, he was convinced that most agree that these are not the real students of the country who protested against NEET issues and exam paper leaks. He added that they were invited, and criminals are responsible for this. He believes that few people promote them, forcing them to use weapons and profanity.
Criticizing the CJP, Khanna said that they have big ambitions to overthrow the government by insulting the Prime Minister and his relatives, and then throwing parties at night. He emphasized that because of them, students are facing difficulties.
The actor continued his criticism, stating that, in his opinion, these people are real cockroaches. He compared them to house cockroaches that need to be found, caught, and thrown out onto the street. He expressed a desire for everyone who appeared on camera with these dirty cockroaches to be removed and set aside.
He said, 'I believe this movement was not actually an NEET or student movement. It was a sponsored movement into which huge amounts of money were invested. These are not the students of our country. Students can never use such filthy language. What I understand is not students. They are all corrupt.'
Addressing the youth, Mukesh Khanna advised them: 'I would tell the children that what you said today will affect your future life. Avoid it. These people are using you. Otherwise, you will face difficulties in the future. You won't get a job, you won't get a visa. Get out of this before your career is ruined.'
In his video, Mukesh Khanna urged: 'Throw out these cockroaches before it is too late.' In the video description, he wrote: 'Throw out these cockroaches before it is too late. What do we do when cockroaches appear in the house?? We find them, catch them, pick them up, and throw them out onto the street. Do the same with them. My warning to those children who succumbed to their influence and said very wrong things. Your statement is recorded in history.'
He warned: 'You yourself have become sewer cockroaches by being in their company. You will have to pay for it. No one from the police will help you. Many people will hesitate when hiring you. Government aid will stop. You may not get many visas. In the eyes of your family, you have disgraced them. Therefore, it is better to break free from their clutches as soon as possible.'
It should be noted that in June, the CJP party began protesting with students at Janta Mantar Square in Delhi, demanding resignations including that of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. During the march to Parliament on June 20, the situation escalated between the police and students when the police used batons on the students. Nevertheless, Dharmendra Pradhan was forced to resign at the demand of students and the CJP, and the government had to meet the demands put forward by the students.
