Students who have been waiting for more than four months for the Tier-2 results for teaching and non-teaching positions in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS), and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) have received some relief. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an official notification for millions of candidates.
Following rumors spread on social media, the CTET division of the council published an official press release clarifying the timeline for the announcement of the results.
The press release states that the physical evaluation (checking of descriptive answers) for Tier-2 is proceeding very quickly. This checking process has reached its most advanced stage, meaning it is in the final phase.
Furthermore, to reassure millions of students, CBSE has clearly stated that the Tier-2 results for KVS, NVS, and EMRS will be published in mid-August. However, the results for all posts and institutions will not be announced simultaneously but will be released in phases.
The council advised students to stay away from misleading news and rumors that spread rapidly on social media and to remain vigilant. Candidates are recommended to pay attention only to official sources. Additionally, the dates of result publication will be announced shortly. Students should continue to check the official portal ctet.nic.in.
