As part of O'zLiDeP's 'Together with the People' national program, another public reception was held in Yangiyer city. The main goal of this event was to study the problems of the population on-site, find quick solutions to appeals, and engage in open dialogue with citizens.
A total of 56 appeals were received from citizens during the reception. 38 of them were resolved positively at the location. Specific tasks were assigned to responsible organizations and departments regarding the remaining appeals, and their implementation was put under supervision.
Senator Pokiza Ahmadjanova, State Duma Deputy Gavhor Olimova, O'zLiDeP Sirdaryo Region Council apparatus head Shohista Bozorboeva, as well as deputies from regional and city councils, party activists, and local government officials participated in the reception.
The majority of the appeals related to issues such as medicine, education, electricity supply, drinking water, natural gas supply, household waste removal, and social support. Each appeal was examined in detail, and responsibilities were assigned to the individuals responsible for finding a solution.
The public reception also provided an opportunity for the people not only to complain but also to present their suggestions and initiatives. In particular, proposals regarding employment provision, vocational training for youth and women, attracting young specialists to the regions, developing entrepreneurship, and creating new jobs were discussed.
As emphasized at the event, direct communication with the people, studying problems in the field rather than in the office, and approaching each appeal on-site are the main goals of these public receptions. This serves to quickly resolve issues troubling citizens and strengthen open communication between state bodies and the population.
At the end of the event, special attention was paid to ensuring the implementation of appeals, finding timely solutions to social issues worrying the population, and eliminating pressing problems in the regions.
The reception held in the Pakhtakor quarter of the Syrdaryo district served as a practical embodiment of the principle that a person's pain must be heard, their problem acknowledged, and a practical solution found—this is a key indicator of the effectiveness of state institutions' work.
As part of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan's initiative to establish a People's Reception Point in the Syrdaryo region, 213 appeals from 106 citizens were addressed during the reception organized under the leadership of the region's head, Erkinjon Turdimov. Considering that behind every appeal lies a person's fate, family concerns, and faith in the future, all appeals were carefully reviewed with the participation of responsible officials.
During the reception, practical solutions were promptly found for issues that could be resolved on the spot. Appeals requiring further study were forwarded to the relevant organizations, and their execution is under strict control. This serves as another confirmation of the practical approach to ensuring results for every appeal.
According to the analysis, the majority of appeals concerned employment and job placement issues—there were 73 such cases. Additionally, 41 appeals related to housing and cadastre; 36 appeals concerned social protection and material assistance; 20 appeals related to improving communal services and infrastructure; and 17 appeals concerned agriculture and land relations.
Furthermore, 8 appeals regarding entrepreneurship and subsidized loans were accepted, 5 appeals related to healthcare, 4 issues concerning legal and tax matters, and 9 appeals on other topics. These figures clearly demonstrated the areas where the most pressing problems of the population are concentrated.
Residents not only from the Pakhtakor quarter but also from other districts of the district participated in the reception. Heads of state institutions and specialists from relevant sectors personally listened to the citizens' questions, providing legal clarifications and practical recommendations. Where possible, problems were solved on the spot, and for complex appeals, clear deadlines and responsible persons were established.
Most importantly, this event in the Pakhtakor quarter was not a formal occasion but a platform for an open and sincere dialogue between the population and state structures. The citizens who came here not only voiced their concerns but also received practical solutions to the majority of their appeals right there. Appeals requiring further study have been put under control, and specific tasks for their resolution have been assigned to responsible officials.
As part of an open dialogue with voters, the deputy of the District Council and the head of the district, Komiljon Mullajanov, participated in the event in the Ittifoq mahalla of the Saihunobod district. The event was organized at the building of the 36th general education school.
During the meeting, 37 appeals received from citizens were examined. As a result of the review, a positive decision was found for 11 of them directly at the meeting venue. For the remaining appeals, clear instructions were issued to the heads of relevant organizations, and their execution was placed under strict control.
Heads of state and public organizations, mahalla activists, and representatives of the general public took part in the event. The main goal of the dialogue was to directly hear the problems causing concern among the population, study them on site, and find an operational solution.
Citizens voiced their suggestions and complaints regarding important issues such as housing provision, access to drinking water and electricity, the condition of road infrastructure, employment, social protection, quality of utility services, and other current issues. Each appeal was thoroughly discussed with the participation of responsible persons, and specific tasks for their resolution were defined.
Komiljon Mullajanov emphasized that resolving 11 appeals on the spot is a practical example of a quick and effective approach to residents' problems. Regarding the other appeals, deadlines for execution have been set for the responsible persons, and constant monitoring is maintained over their fulfillment.
The district head stated that such open meetings are held not for formality, but to listen to the concerns of the population, study problems on site, find a way out for every appeal, and provide practical assistance to citizens. He noted that every appeal is under scrutiny because behind each problem lie the interests and fate of a person. Mullajanov added that simply hearing a problem is not enough; the most important task is to find a practical solution and achieve results.
It is emphasized that an open and sincere dialogue with the population, timely consideration of appeals, and the search for legal and fair solutions to all issues are among the key areas of activity of state bodies. This is because behind every appeal lie the fate of a person, the interests of a family, and faith in the future.
