Kolte-Patil Developers, based in Pune, reported in its regulatory filings the inclusion of six residential redevelopment projects in prestigious areas of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Kolte-Patil Developers real estate stated on Thursday that it intends to redevelop six residential complexes within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and anticipates a total revenue of ₹60 billion from these future developments.
The total projected income potential from these six projects is estimated at ₹60 billion. These residential complexes are located in Santacruz West, Andheri West (Lokhandwala), Oshiwara, Versova, Ghatkopar East, and Vashi. The launch of the projects is scheduled for a period of 6 to 12 months.
Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has already completed over 68 projects, which include residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes, and IT parks, covering more than 33 million square feet of sellable area in Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
In the fiscal year 2025-26, the company entered into a strategic partnership with the global investment firm Blackstone, which acquired a 40% stake in the real estate firm.
