In accordance with the President's directive, large-scale measures are being implemented across the country aimed at increasing energy efficiency, ensuring stable electricity and gas supply, and modernizing engineering and communication infrastructure.
Local special headquarters are engaged in resolving energy supply issues, reducing technological losses, and ensuring continuous energy resources for consumers.
In the Davlatobod district of Namangan region, practical work is also actively underway to implement the state leader's instructions. A working group led by the Chairman of the Board of JSC 'Uzbek National Electric Networks', Abdumalik Nazirov, has closely examined the ongoing projects and current activities in the region.
In the Tumansky district, an energy balance for 28 settlements has been formed, and the technical condition of electricity and gas networks is being comprehensively studied. Specific measures are being taken based on current needs, including updating transformers and gas distribution stations, laying new power and gas lines, reducing technological losses, conducting energy audits for large consumers, and implementing energy-saving technologies.
Furthermore, responsible structures are systematically preparing apartment buildings for the autumn-winter period, restoring heating systems, and analyzing the state of energy resource consumption and debt in the settlements.
According to Ulugbek Urunov, head of the information department of JSC 'Uzbekistan MET', the activities of the special headquarters are crucial for improving the quality of energy supply and promptly solving existing problems in the regions.
U. Urunov emphasized that a deep analysis of the condition of electricity and gas networks in every settlement is currently being conducted. The main goal is to ensure stable energy for the population and entrepreneurs, phased modernization of infrastructure, and reduction of technological losses. He added that the work being carried out in the Davlatobod district is a practical embodiment of these tasks.
It is known that special headquarters have been established in 15 selected districts across the republic to further improve the provision of electricity and gas supply. These headquarters conduct a comprehensive study of the current situation in the regions, timely identify problems, and take measures for their local resolution.
